In 2010 Grant Guenkel graduated from Sir Sandford Fleming College, in Ontario. Shortly after graduating he moved out west to work at The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, Alberta and then transferred to The Fairmont Chateau Whistler, BC. His passion and knowledge for food and beverage lead him to Bermuda. There he accepted the position of Sous Chef at Red Steakhouse and Seafood Bar before moving into his current role as The Banquet Chef at Harry’s on the Waterfront in beautiful & sunny Bermuda.
