450g extra firm tofu
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp salt
Crumble tofu into a large mixing bowl.
Add all of the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Use on pizza, pasta or in salads.
If you place the tofu in the freezer 2 days before you make this dish and remove the day before. The freezing and thawing of the tofu will help remove the excess liquid, especially when you press the tofu after it has thawed.
