Tahini Soy Vinaigrette


This stuff right here is our secret sauce, our go-to dressing that is delicious on everything!

Makes approx 1 cup of dressing

3 tbsp Brags all-purpose seasoning

2 tbsp Tahini

2 tbsp Nutritional yeast

1 tbsp Maple syrup or agave or honey (honey won’t make it vegan)

1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

3 tbsp Water

½ cup Sunflower oil

Pepper to taste

In a bowl whisk together Brags, tahini, nutritional yeast, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, Dijon and water. 

Slowly add your oil so it emulsifies.  If you add it too quickly the dressing will split.  

You can also use a blender, instead of whisking together in a bowl. Just remember to add the oil slowly at the end. Also, I don't add salt I find the Brags adds enough salt to the dressing.  

Add to a salad of your choice. Cover and store the leftovers in the fridge.
