We submitted 5 wines to taste with Chef Chad in advance and he paired each one beautifully with exceptionally delicious food courses. Perfectly prepared and presented, and enriching the qualities of each wine. The evening was so popular that it was extended from one night to three and all to rave reviews.

You will have our support along the way as your food and culinary coaches. All dishes include fresh seasonal ingredients, gluten-free options for versatility and bold fresh flavours. Leave the fake, processed and prepackage food alone and learn how to make real and delicious food.
